You may show, download and print unaltered Materials and extracts of any page(s) from our Website, Episodes and Lesson Plans for your personal use, not-for-profit use or educational use in a school environment. You may include and embed links to our Materials in your own resources provided that in all cases of use of Materials by you, you credit “Bari Koral” as the author, and owner of that material and you do not represent that you have created it. You can use the music and lesson plans in class, but may not broadcast copy, alter, adapt, modify, change or translate Materials or extracts of any page(s) from our Website, Episodes, Lesson Plans or broadcast or use them for any purpose except as set out above. You may not recreate or re-enact our Materials (or any version of them) or represent that you have created or originated them. Our Website is an education and wellbeing resource and you may not claim any personal or professional connection to us or that you are a franchisee or business related to Bari Koral. The content on our Website is provided for information only. Bari Koral's Yogapalooza is a registered yoga school on Yoga Alliance and our yoga training is recognized by a number of insurers, but we do not guarantee or represent that this will immediately qualify or enable you to teach yoga or that it will immediately provide you with a business or income from doing so. We commit to ‘lifetime access’ for users who buy teacher training from us. We may, however, suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Website and we are not liable to you for removal of any content from it, even if you have used it previously or expected to be able to use it in future. We do not guarantee that our Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You

Bari clearly sets forth a very safe practice to all involved but we are not responsible for any physical injuries. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if the loss or damage was foreseeable. In particular, we will not be liable for, loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; for business interruption; for loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Some Commonly Asked Questions

Is my training membership transferable to another student?

No. Training is not transferable.

Am I able to use the name Bari Koral in my advertising or on my website?

Once you are a fully certified Yogapalooza/Bari Koral yoga teacher (ie you have had your work approved by Bari), you can mention that you are Bari Koral/Yogapalooza trained and show the ‘Certified by Yogapalooza yoga teacher’ badge on your advertising or website. You may also link to our website and YouTube channel in the materials on your own website. Otherwise please do not represent that you are connected professionally with Bari Koral in any way.

Can I translate content into my own language and then film it and post it on the internet?

No 

Can I use your class plans to teach my own kids yoga classes?

Yes - but as your own business and not as a franchisee or associate of Bari Koral, 

Can I film myself doing your yoga class plans and earn money from broadcasting them?

Please get in touch with Bari about permission. She generally grants permission to trainees but please get in touch with her with your specific plan at [email protected] 

Can I translate your class plans into my local language and use them in my own class?

Yes, provided you have bought them from us, you can teach the classes in your own language. Our scripts and content are copyright works so you may not film, publish or broadcast your own version or make any available online to others.

Which country's Laws Apply to any Disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by United States of America law.
